Roy is the CEO and founding partner at the 46C Group. Previously, he co-founded and led AnD Ventures, an early-stage VC firm in Israel. At Google, Roy built and managed the company’s global acceleration programs across LATAM, Asia, Africa, and CEE, as well as Google’s CorpDev and Unicorn Accelerator, AI Studio, and Sustainability Accelerator.
Before Google, Roy led business development at LivePerson, shaping its startup marketplace, and at Microsoft, where he drove enterprise and government BI strategy. Earlier, he worked as a senior strategy consultant at Deloitte and HayGroup.
Roy holds degrees in Law, Business Management, Software IP, and Financial Engineering from IDC and Hebrew University. He lives with his wife, Zohar, their four daughters, and their golden retriever, Rey.

Charles is the Head of Data Strategy & Growth at 46C Group. Previously, he was an Associate at AnD Ventures, an early-stage VC firm in Israel, where he led the deal flow process, developed startup assessment methodologies, and provided strategic support to portfolio companies.
Before AnD Ventures, Charles led business development and sales at Crowded, a fintech startup, where he managed partnerships, identified key targets, and managed high-performing teams.
Originally from New York, Charles quickly immersed himself in Israel’s high-tech ecosystem, driven by his passion for innovation and startups. He lives in Herzliya and has been playing ice hockey since the age of five, continuing to compete professionally in Israel.
